簡易點心, 幼兒食譜-和風可麗餅
可麗餅. 我小時候它是一個很特別的甜點. 一定要去特別的地方才可以吃. 很多人還不知道可麗餅是什麼(請不要算我是幾歲…). 後來現在, 它變成很popular 的甜點. 很多地方有賣. 像加拿大也有賣鹹的.我剛來台灣時候吃可麗餅,發現它的皮比較脆.像餅乾一樣. 各有各的美味. 我們日本人習慣吃軟的. 它怎麼做? 麻煩嗎? 我不太會說, [啊,很簡單的啦!]但是, 一次習慣,怎麼做, 你應該覺得沒有那麼辛苦. 來吧!! 多一點煎這個可麗餅的皮, 開始DIY的 Crape Party!! ヽ(´▽`)/~♪
雞蛋 兩個
麵粉(低) 90g
砂糖 30g
奶油 15g
牛奶 250ml
簡易點心, 幼兒食譜-和風可麗餅<做法>

(1)先篩麵粉,再加乾的東西,砂糖攪拌.後來加雞蛋(水分). |

(2)加一點牛奶,慢慢攪拌,確認它有好好混合,再加.(不要太快嘍!). 最後,溶化的奶油放進去攪拌後,包起來放在冰箱讓它休息一下(約30分鐘) |

(3)要開始煎嘍! 加一點沙拉油鍋子上,用紙毛巾察一下.開小火.*太多油會焦 |

(4)這次我做3種. 第一個 日文叫”茶巾”. 放皮在碗裡,再放你喜歡的東西. |

(5)做一個春卷可麗餅吧! 做法差不多一樣. 裡面是,冰淇淋,黑糖蜜 |

hello again Masa san!
i tried this but the 可麗餅’s skin end up being very chewy. Do u know why? would that be i cooked for too long? also 卷鍋子 that part is kind of hard for me to do as i want the skin to have an even thickness. i wonder how thin or thick is right.
“等到皮旁邊卷起來,用刮刀 翻面” do i have to wait for a long time before i flip it?thanks in advance ^0^

As I just mentioned at Facebook, you can
first pour in full ladle of mixture, tilt around
until it spreads even, and then, from the pan, dump the
excess amount back into the bowl.
Or, find the right size of the spoon which holds the mixture
just about enough amount to cover up the frying pan.
this way you don’t have to think, how much to put in, just pour in,
move around.. and it’s done!!
the thickness you are looking at is about 1~1.5mm. (yes! it’s very thin!!)
If it’s too thick, as you said, it gets very chewy,,,,
If you have a difficulty flipping it, you can put the lid on it
At low heat, wait until the both sides are thoroughly cooked.
It might get slightly burn, but that gives nice pattern on it!
this way you don’t have to bother flipping it! ^^

hhmm… thanks for the tip again i am sure that i will try that again as i want to be this my regular breakfast item. I will let you how’d it go if i do that again next time… i hope that is not because the 麵胡 la… so if the butter was just finish heating i can still put it in the 麵胡 right? and when the pan is hot the skins were shaped very fast… that makes it hard to control the thickness ne… but i will just the no brain method for now… hehe pour it and put the rest back! Thanks again~~ i am looking forward to the day that i am good at it… ^^ i will keep trying untill i success!!![回應]

我想請教一件事情..
(和食譜內容有點不相關)就是呀 前陣子
我也是用平底鍋要煎東西
煎鬆餅..
但是卻會黏鍋底(類似烤焦吧
我就想說 是不是我油加太少了
下一次用就加了很多油
但還是會黏在鍋底…最近我也想做薄餅.可麗餅等
但就是不知道為什麼會黏鍋底…
跟油有關麻? 還是材料的問題???

Hi Masa. This looks really nice and yummy. Is there a vegan version of it? I can’t have diary products (I will feel unwell) and should not have eggs (I am a vegetarian). Is it possible to make without using cream, milk, and eggs? One more question: can I use all-purpose flour if I don’t have any cake flour? Do I have to make any adjustment on how much to use and how to do?

You CAN make those without milk,cream,eggs
and use all-purpose flour instead.
However, the taste and texture will be different.
adding some fruit pate or juice(banana,apple,etc,,)
may be one of the choices. this will give more variety of flavor to it..
I don’t have exact recipe for this, but you can simply switch the dairy products with fruit paste may work..^^[回應]

Hi 小新!!
沒錯! 煎好馬上包起來的話一定會溶化,,
我做這個皮時候 我一次做很多片..
全部煎完後,才開始包起來東西.它們已經冷掉了
所以我沒有遇到這個問題..
如果,很急 煎好後,需要馬上包的話,
先冷卻一下!! 其實.. 冰淇淋用熱熱的皮包起來
馬上會吃的話,口感也不錯..( ̄¬ ̄)
我應該會看得懂簡體, 有幾個我們的blog朋友也
有用簡體.. 你方便就好了!!
