You may want to cook red wine bit longer to 
round off the tannin flavor then add ketchup into it
Cook just long enough for the flavors to get cooperated.
While cooking you can always add water to adjust the thickness,

這個是一個小技巧. 因為只有麵粉加進去沒有辦法
水分裡面分解. 如果奶油跟麵粉混合好後加入
麵粉跟奶油一起慢慢融化. 比較容易分解進去.
