
普羅旺斯風彩色醃甜椒 的材料 *材料分類 菜類, 下酒

Red Bell pepper—1pc
Yellow Bell pepper—1pc
Red wine vinegar—1tbsp
Salt&pepper—1dash
Extra virgin olive oil—1tbsp
Basil—1~2leaves
普羅旺斯風彩色醃甜椒的做法

(1) I love Bell pepper very much, eat fresh ones or it’s been cooked.
I just enjoy the flavor and crunchy texture!

(2) run a knife along with the ditches to cut each section apart..

(3) take of all the seeds and white part

(4) rub oil evenly to make a thin layer of oil on the surface .
having oil on the surface and roasting gives almost same environment as deep-frying.. film-like skin will come loose easily.

(5) preheat the oven at 200℃ turn on both top and bottom heat. lay cut bell pepper on a tin foiled oven pan, bake them for about 20min.
baking time may need to be adjusted depending on your own oven.

(6) when you see the skin slightly burned and wrinkles, it’s “almost” ready.

(7) when just gets out of the oven, the skin still doesn’t seemed to come loose.. using the tinfoil underneath, wrap the whole thing. leave it for about 15~20min.

(8) open up the wrapping and see how the skin coming loose,,
Ohhh yeah,,, you can peel off soooo easily!!

(9) after peeling off all the skin, rip them into smaller size or whatever the size you want them to be..

(10) add some salt and black pepper for basic seasonings.

(11) and add some red wine vinegar..
if you don’t have red wine vinegar in handy, you can replace with any other kind of vinegar. you can add some chopped garlic to volume up the flavor.

(12) Finishing up with extra virgin olive oil. mix them well, marinate for 10min or so.
you can store in the frig. serve as a cold dish will be also good.
decorate them with shredded basil.
put on slightly toasted French bread along with Mozzarella will make a great appetizer!!
